Some huge news out of Edmonton this week as the Province and finalized plans to licence home inspectors. This is significant move to bring home inspectors into the fabric of the Real Estate industry. Soon the days of "uncle Bob" doing the inspection to save a few bucks will be gone.

Pretty crazy few hours here in Maui as a Flash Flood roared around our complex... The clean up is ongoing. 
 

About 2:30 this morning a flash flood rolled through the area and left a ton of debris. Hard to show in pics this swath of trees and mud! Water was so high it actually flooded into cars. Some roads are still closed around our complex as crews clean up. Power was off for a few hours as crews worked through the night.. Amazing the power of water.. They say similar rain is expected tonight... ...

 Just want to pass along Christmas wishes for 2010. Best of the season to you and your family. Thanks for a terrific year.
