Hey there! Rob Reynar here. Alright, lots of questions in the last couple of days about, should we list now or should we wait til this spring market in say, April or May? Well, I think a lot of that comes down to your personal situation. Are you ready to put your house on the market now? That's number one. Okay, let's say you are, you know my personal opinion is, don't wait. We have really low inventory right now especially if you're say, in a bungalow category where there is not much to choose from, especially under five hundred and fifty thousand in a bungalow. I think you need to go now. I think the sooner the better. I think we wait til April or May, you're simply gonna be dealing with a lot more competition on the market and higher competition affects availability, affects prices and gives the buyer more options. Give the buyer less options you'll probably get what you're asking or very close to it. So, I say depending on your property type but in I'd say in ninety percent of the cases right now, if you're ready to go, go! Don't wait for the spring market.
