Break Your Mortgage? Blog Transcription

Hey There! Rob Reynar here checking in. Very interesting article I came across in the Globe and Mail. It's Rob Carrick and that's C-A-R-R-I-C-K let me just check that, I think that's the correct spelling. Basically the article, yeah C-A-R-R-I-C-K, Rob Carrick from the Globe and Mail. I think he's on facebook as well. Ah about breaking your mortgage. Is it a benefit to break your mortgage with rates the way they are today knowing that's rates are gonna go up a little bit in the not too distant future? The article he has a ton of online mortgage calculators that can help you make that decision and I think it's a good process for any homeowner to go through to see where they are, compare their mortgage to others that are on the market right now and put in your mortgage details into these calculators and see if it's financially doable to walk away from the one you're in to get a new and better mortgage going forward for the next few years to set you up for a period of time where rates are undoubtedly going to go up. Really interesting debate to have, should you or should you not break your current mortgage today knowing what's coming down the road? Love to hear your comments on this, Rob@RobReynar.com, R-E-Y-N-A-R, Rob@RobReynar.com, talk to you soon. Buh Bye!
