Great discussion last night on www.PropertyEgg.ca with host www.KyeGrace.com. How do Realtors find the person they refer you to and why are old school Realtors so scared of providing information for free?
I have blogged about this issue in the past, abandonded construction sites in the downtown core. The City of Calgary is concerned about building sites that developers are no longer building on. A sink hole has formed next to a Condo project left by a developer forcing the city to close 4th Street SW Between 10th and 11th Ave.

I visited a brand new area in Regina called Harbour Landing. It's the first development of it's kind in many years in the Queen City. Construction is still booming.

I had Blogged a while back about the shifty deal signed by the Town of Cochrane and a CGI Communications to put promotional videos on the web site, the local media has picked up on the issue and posted an article today.
I was very impressed with the positive outlook that Daryl Marsden from Canada Mortgage Direct had at our meeting this morning. Great rates, prices and product to choose from. Heck the Government is actually helping out!
