Hey there! Rob Reynar here, just a quick hit today. I just wanna thanks very much to Rod and Joy from Cochrane, we have their home listed and things had changed in their life and they didn't need to be on the market anymore and because I pulled them off the market and didn't time into a listing. They were very appreciative and they sent me a beautiful card and a letter, a very thoughtful letter and a gift certificate to a restaurant that just happens to be a real favorite of my wife and I in downtown Calgary. So, it was so thoughtful, it was not needed, I really appreciate the sentiment like that. You know, their life changed and they didn't need to be in the market anymore and I recognize that and you know sometimes that happens, it's not a perfect world out there. We go in with one intent and sometimes things change mid course. So, again thanks so much Rod and Joy! It was a pleasure working with you and I truly wish both of you the best in the future and thanks so much for your thoughtfulness.
