My Brokerages is making some changes to it's website and it got me thinking, has anyone asked the consumer what they like in a Real Estate webiste??

Hey there! Rob Reynar here checking in, just have a quick question for the real estate consumer and that's you. The brokerage that I work for, Royal Lepage Foothills is making some significant changes to its website and of course every individual Realtor has individual needs and it's difficult for a brokerage to be everything to everybody. But I think the base question is as a real estate consumer, someone who is looking to buy or sell. What do you want in a real estate website? Would you rather have the ability to search for a Realtor, search for listings or a combination of both? Because I believe listings are very important for consumers.
