Hey there, Rob Reynar here checking in. Really excited about our latest initiative, it's the MorrisReynar.com mobile version of our website. It's absolutely spectacular, the key feature on this mobile site is real time location search of MLS® Listings. That's right, so you are driving around a neighborhood, you see a house that looks really interesting to you, you have no idea about the price or the information the details of the house. That's not a problem anymore, you have the mobile version of our site up on your mobile device and you can get all the information right there on your phone live in real time. It's absolutely fantastic, the MorrisReynar.com mobile site is now live, really excited about it. Let's take a quick tour. Okay iPhone users the first thing you wanna do is tap your safari web browser and you can put MorrisReynar.com into the address bar and the MorrisReynar.com site is configured to automatically go to a mobile version of our website. Now what you wanna do right away is tap the plus sign and now you can add it to your home screen and it will act just like an iPhone app. You can name it whatever you wanna name and hit your add button and bingo! It's now on your home screen. So you tap it just like a regular app on your iPhone and the mobile site will automatically launch. A number of great features as you can see, Property Search, Our Featured Listings, the Blog, Videos and the Contact Page. Probably the highlight though is the Mobile Property Search. This is a really powerful tool, it will ask you to use your current location, you can then thumb around the neighborhood that you are in. You'll notice the yellow boxes show you where the listings are, you click whatever listing you're interested in, it's gives you the details instantly. You can now drill down into the listing itself, get a nice big picture, you can get comments and all the other listing data that you would need including the age of the home, the square footage, the taxes, etc. There's a ton of information that you can get on each individual property that you click on. Probably one of the neat things however, is the size of the pictures and you just click a picture and it scrolls through the catalog of photos that the REALTOR® has entered on the particular listing. Really neat stuff, you're in any neighborhood, you wanna know what that house is listed at and you can find out. Go back to the home screen. You can also go to our Featured Listings that's MorrisReynar listings and scroll through any of the listings that we have on the market currently and even the ones that are conditionally sold. Really Really powerful mobile site for your iPhone, yes Blackberry users you have this availability as well obviously it's a little slicker on the iPhone. Just dote for this kind of stuff. So that is the MorrisReynar Mobile Site. So there you have it, the mobile version of the site, fantastic deBruyn Design out of Vancouver really hit one out of the park. They designed the MorrisReynar site for us but then we just talked about how we needed this to go global, to go mobile and it has. It's just fantastic, great innovation, great design really excited for about this bad boy. It's a powerful tool for you if you're driving around the neighborhood, you wanna know what that house is listed at it's right here on your fingertips. So again thanks to deBruyn Design out of Vancouver. Another note Blackberry users, yeah it'll work for you as well. Now you'll notice when you're in a property there's a lot of information that you can get if you sign in and I just want you to know that, that information is not being used for spam or for us to solicit you in anyway. It is actually a Calgary Real Estate Board rule that after a certain amount of information is given out we have to ask for your sign up to get more. So that's not us doing that, it's the Calgary Real Estate Board and the reciprocity rules. So please feel free to go ahead and sign up.
