Multiple Offer Tips Blog Transcription
Hey there! Rob Reynar checking in. Just wanna do talk about a really neat situation that happened yesterday. Multiple offers on one of my listings it's now conditionally sold. Haven't done that in a while even though there's lots going on, I just haven't happen to be involved in one. But it got me thinking about the details of an offer and what you really should be looking for. Yes, price is important and one of the reasons this property got multiple offers is because it was priced really well in its market place, that's a totally different issue. Price on an offer is important but what's also important on an offer is the other details. Possession, deposit money is becoming increasingly important in today's world and the terms and conditions that go into an offer. So my tip really for anyone buying is don't be afraid of mutiple offers because yeah price is important but you can also win an offer by doing other things such as deposit, terms and conditions. Don't overlook that element of an offer, it's not always about price. Love to hear your comments on this, Rob@RobReynar.com, R-E-Y-N-A-R, Rob@RobReynar.com, talk to soon. Buh Bye!
