Property Doesn't Appraise? Really!?

www.RobReynar.com - http://www.robreynar.com/ViewBlog/415/- I've had, and some fellow Realtors have had deals fall apart in the last week because the properties didn't appraise... How is that possible in this market? Sales are up and prices are stable.... I just don't get it. Do you? If so I'd like to hear from you..
