Bow Meadows, Bow Ridge, Jumping Pound Ridge 

Bow Meadows and Bow Ridge were again part of the big Cochrane boom that started in the 90’s. These neighbourhoods remain some of Cochrane’s most popular. Bow Ridge is more diverse from the stand point of property type with everything from starter 1/2 duplexes and condos to large single family walkouts on the ridge. Bow Meadows is one of Cochrane’s premier neighbourhoods with a very low turnover of homes every year and some of the most desirable lots backing onto the Bow River and the Jumping Pound Creek. Nestled right in between is the condo community of Crawford Ranch, offering unique condo living in a variety of property types. Bow Meadows and Bow Ridge is also heavily influenced by Cochrane’s extensive walking path system with easy access.
