Cochrane Lake

The Hamlet of Cochrane Lake is an unincorporated Hamlet within Rocky View County; situated two miles north of the Town of Cochrane, between Horse Creek Road and Highway 22. The Hamlet currently consists of a small, older residential settlement, as well as a new 875+/- lot residential development, which is in the process of being built-out. (Monterra on Cochrane Lakes) A lake and pond system dominates the interior of the Hamlet, which acts as a community amenity and wildlife habitat. The current Hamlet boundaries contain an, approximately, 400 hectare area.
