GlenEagles

With construction starting in the 90’s and continuing to today, Gleneagles is one of Cochrane’s premier neighbourhoods and offers some of the most breathtaking views that the area has to offer. Many of the homes in GlenEagles truly have a 180+ panoramic view of the Bow River Valley and the Rocky Mountains. Gleneagles is also home to two condo developments, the Villas of Gleneagles and Glenhaven. Both are Bungalow Villa developments that are very popular with empty nesters.
