River Heights, Riversong

River Heights is one of Cochrane’s newest developed neighbourhoods and the first to take advantage of Cochrane annexation south of the Bow River. River Heights is a combination of retirement villas, existing acreage properties and the newly designed neighbourhood of Riversong. River Heights is accessed off to Highway 22 south of Cochrane, and will be the new home of Cochrane Dodge and Cochrane Toyota. Riversong is also home to Cochrane’s 2nd High School, Bow Valley High. Riversong is certainly one of Cochrane’s most visually unique neighbourhoods due to it’s architectural controls. Construction is ongoing by new home builders such as Sable and NuVista.
