Riverview

Built in the 90’s, Riverview is a small neighbourhood nestled up against the Bow River on Cochrane’s south side. Riverview is highlighted by easy walking access to Cochrane’s downtown and the Bow River pathway system. Riverview is also home to Cochrane’s popular Riverview Greens 9 hole golf course. Most of the houses in the area either back onto the public 9 hole course or onto the Bow River. Currently the Driving Range at Riverview Greens has been relocated and is now the site of a new condo development called Riverstone At Cochrane.
