Sunset Ridge

North of Cochrane on Highway 22, Sunset Ridge is slated to be the largest Cochrane community when all phases are built out, with over 1000 homes. Sunset Ridge is a very diverse area with starter Condos to Luxury Walkout Homes with some of Cochrane’s best views of the Rockies. The Town of Cochrane has added a very unique fire station to the area. The station was built in the form of a house so it has a low visual impact on the area. There are also plans for a commercial area in Sunset Ridge that would include a grocery store. New home builders in the area include Kingsmith Custom Homes, Cal-Bridge and Jansen Homes.
